No-shows are non-refundable.
If you miss your scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to availability.
